You are responsible for paying for shipping/returns. Allow for 1-2 weeks turn around time. We will send you a tracking number when we return your knives. The return shipping fee is a flat rate of $15.00 for an insured return to you. If someone sends more than 3 knives at once, this fee may need to be adjusted for the shipping cost and insurance.
